Sadly this company is unsympathetic and robotic. We took out a contract with them knowing we would be moving to a new premise soon. The person that did this has since left our company. We then moved buildings to our new address and took out a second contract but was not allowed to cancel the first. No matter how many times they said they would call me back they have not. We have to wait a further 28 months for the initial contract to end before we can cancel it. I think it's disgusting as we are a continued customer on a new contract. Shame on the owner! We would not have gone with them knowing what kind of ethics and principles this company operates under

Awful company, avoid completely. I was originally with another company that were a good firm to deal with but New Star networks took them over. I have found them completely and utterly incompetent, unable to manage request with my phone system that my new company were able to manage quickly and efficiently. The final straw has been discovering they’ve continued taking money from my account by direct debit when their services were cancelled. I’ve asked them to refund and true to form they are messing me about terribly. They really are shambolic and bordering on being con artists.

Previous owners used nsn. Worst decision I made to carry on and change ownership. I've had rude staff laugh at me over the phone. Have been promised phone lines to be up and running, and had to chase countless times. Been left waiting for simple requests. I cannot wait to change suppliers. A minority of staff are pleasant, the rest, rude and don't have a clue what's going on.

Scam Artists - Please Avoid Scam Artists. We are having to go to the small claims court as they are refusing to refund £4000 of charges for services that were terminated 2-3 years ago. They don't respond, constantly obstruct/confuse any logical conversation, and generally behave disgracefully. No shock to see only negative reviews here. AVOID - AVOID - SCAM ARTISTS - SCAM ARTISTS - SCAM ARTISTS

Avoid at all cost. Signed 1 Gbps a managed lease line back in April Last year. Asked them to configure one of the many ports to 750Mbps back in May last year and could not deliver to this date. We have been charged the full amount to this date while we only receive 400Mbs. Escalating to Ofcom or Ombudsman.

I have found NSN a great company to deal with. Through my direct contact, Sharleen Bothma I have received some fantastic customer service and no problem has been too small to deal with. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Our leased line hasn't failed once in two years service. NSN also setup a backup ADSL line, should there be any issues, and our phone system hasn't faultered once since we were setup with NSN. Tech support always super friendly when helping me to provision new kit like IP based conference phones. Two Thums Up !

NSN is a fantastic company to work with. Unlike many other telco providers, NSN work directly with their partners to offer unbeatable customer service, with the financials working out fairly and positively for the clients, the partners and themselves. Highly recommended.

Nothing wrong with the product, price or service but be very careful when entering an agreement as it's really difficult to leave them or change suppliers, as I have found out to my cost. Read the forms carefully, I unfortunately didn't.

Working with a company that will go extra mile for the clients is nothing but 5 star. Thank you to Ferrin, Sharleen and Nathan who are always there when needed and their advice are always helpful.
